Orda is an Australian artist based in Sydney, working primarily in graphite, watercolour, and oils. His artistic journey reflects a lifelong pursuit of mastery — grounded in European academic tradition and expressed through imagination, discipline, and creativity.

2012 – 2016 Formal Training
Orda studied classical drawing and painting for four years at two prestigious institutions: the Julian Ashton Art School in Sydney, Australia, and the Florence Classical Arts Academy in Florence, Italy. During this time, he refined his understanding of academic realism, anatomy, and composition, developing a strong foundation in traditional art techniques.

2016 – 2018 Exhibitions Abroad
Following his studies, Orda’s work was exhibited in Europe, Australia, and the United States. His paintings drew recognition for their technical precision and imaginative qualities, establishing his reputation as a realist artist with a distinctive voice.

2018 – 2020 Freelance Practice in Sydney
Returning to Sydney, Orda began working as a freelance artist, creating commissioned pieces for private clients and editorial publications. His artwork reached audiences in the thousands, and this period allowed him to further refine his visual language while maintaining a strong focus on realism and expression.

2021 – Present Fundamentalist Artschool

In early 2021, Orda founded Fundamentalist Artschool (formerly theArtmind), an independent art academy dedicated to providing rigorous and structured training in art fundamentals. His teaching philosophy blends the precision of European academic and constructive methods with the freedom of individual creativity, enabling students to achieve technical mastery while nurturing their personal style. Today, Orda continues to create and teach in Sydney, leading a close-knit group of students devoted to artistic growth. Through his mentorship, he equips each artist with the tools, discipline, and understanding necessary to express their imagination with confidence and authenticity.
