Focusing on form and structure.

Gesture
From observing, understanding to expressing lively gestures.
This course will teach you how to not copy flat outlines, but to show its essence in action & mood.
We will aim to inject life into our drawings from references, so we can express ourselves freely.

Form & Structure
Drawing through simplified geometric forms representing body parts, using planes and guidelines to deepen your understanding of the figure.
The goal is not to memories a rigid system, but to develop an observation to decision making process.

3D Space
Lively gestures are converted in this class into figures that exist in the 3D Space with depth.
You will learn to use simplified perspective to position the body correctly so it appears to be planted and lifelike.

Anatomy
This is not an anatomy class, body parts will be treated as components with planes that make up complex structures.
